· As you guide the floss between your teeth, use your thumb and your index finger to hold the ends and properly angle.
· As you begin to floss, gently glide the floss between your teeth. Don’t snap it down in between your teeth because you could damage your gums and cause bleeding.
· Glide the floss up and down against the sides of your teeth, along with going below the gum line.
· Take your time! It isn’t a race and it’s going to benefit you in the long run!
